Caramel-flavored milk mousse and black tea jelly served in a coupe glass. The subtle salty taste is delicious.

A cool and refreshing homemade sherbet made using “Beni Madonna” fruit juice.
●The surface and flow of the Yura River are expressed using butterfly pea and Tentaki yuzu jelly.
